Welcome

The Slovenian EASI team was founded in November 2022. The team underscored the international EASI goals, being:

• Improvement of the communication between clinicians and laboratory medicine specialists
• Standardization of tests for autoantibody detection
• Harmonization of tests, algorithms and interpretation of results

The Slovenian EASI team started on initiative of assoc. prof. dr. Saša Čučnik (University Medical Centre Ljubljana) and is set-up as a national collaboration between different laboratory medicine experts in the field of autoimmune diagnostics.
